- Relief goods are distributed amongst the most needy, regardless of caste or creed, by local organisers of proven ability and trustworthiness. Details of distribution are recorded and an inventory returned to the UK.
- CART is supporting self-help schemes in Ghana, Liberia, Malawi Kenya and Tanzania.
